W/R Boros seems to be the best way to go. It's a really consistent deck, and will win games just on the back of that consistency.
Here's what I like:
(20) 4x Sacred Foundry 4x Battlefield Forge 4x Flagstones of Trokair 3x Mountain 6x Plains
(21) 4x Savannah Lions 4x Icatian Javilineers 3x Magus of the Scroll 4x Knight of the Holy Nimbus 4x Soltari Priest 2x Paladin en-vec
(19) 4x Rift Bolt 4x Char 4x Seal of Fire 4x Lightning Helix 3x Cryoclasm/Glorious Anthem
SB: 4x Ronom Unicorn 4x Cryoclasm/Stone Rain 3x Jaya Ballard, Task Mage 4x Avalanche Riders

Looks good, except your sb might need some work and magus of the scroll sucks. You might want some emissaries somewhere or more land or somthing small to replace him like rusulka.

Sideboard is meta dependent. I currently see a lot of control, so I actually like the LD path. I really don't see a better option for fighting control at the moment. Magus is a holdover. I want Mogg Fanatic, and I don't really like Rusalka

Looks good. Though I'd use Cryoclasm main deck over Glorious Anthem. Most decks are playing W or U these days, so you're going to hit one 8 games out of 10. For the other 2 games, bring Stone Rain out of the Sb.
Anthem I don't think is really needed, the deck is going to get the damage through on speed, and Anthem kinda interrupts the tempo a lot. Especially if you get wrathed the turn after the drop. I'd stick with something that carry's on the damage and keeps the pressure on.
The alternative is going with the Anthem MD and dropping Cryoclasm altogether in favour of Stone Rain - mainly because this can target the Vitu Ghazi's, SCrying Sheets, or literally any land you care to take offence to.

That Cryoclasm/Anthem slot is something I have never really been happy with. It's an open slot, and I really don't feel the need for more burn there. I can easily cut a magus, and bring that to a 4x slot of something, but I can't see anything horribly useful besides more burn (which I don't really feel is necessary). It IS currently Cryoclasm as that will hit against most decks, but Anthem has its merits.
Note: I was an idiot and apparently listed Volcanic Hammer before Lightning Helix. Me = stupid. That is remedied. I play around with the burn spell distribution a lot, and didn't look over the decklist before I posted it. I kinda assumed I would write Helix as the first burn spell, when I didn't. Oh well. Hammer is a perfectly valid replacement for Seal of Fire, and I have run both. I'm not really sure which is better.

I have often wondered why no-one ever plays Frenzied Goblin in this deck. It's a great first drop, dealing the 1 damage - which doesn't put it behind savannah lions as dealing 2 dmg by turn 2, and is nicely followed up by the latter.

The reason that I don't play Frenzied Goblin is because there are lots of 1 caster 1/1's out there that are better. The main reason is this:
Frenzied Goblin's purpose is to nullify blockers. Burn does an awesome job of this. Until people start playing stuff like Wall of Shards that burn can't handle but Frenzied Goblin can, I will choose 1-drops whose abilities have purpose. A vanilla 1/1 for 1 is not good enough, and that is basically what Frenzied Goblin is.

I've been testing the Brazilian version of the deck that was run at worlds and it has been doing very well for me online. It's extremely fast. It only runs 16 non-creature spells maindeck. They are Rift Bolt, Char, Helix, and Volcanic Hammer. It runs Paladins on the SB and maindecks Scorched Rusalka and Giant Solifuge.
I think Jaya and the Magus are both highly overrated in constructed. If I want to draw incinerate every turn I'll run more burn spells instead of a 2/2 creature. Same goes for Magus with Shock.

Thanks for saying that, those cards just arnt as good as people think they are. They get killed easily, are slow, and there are creatures that can attack for as much as they deal several turns later.
